Unlike normal cam-locking buckle straps, the Legacy locking tie-downs are reinforced with 3 braids of highly durable steel running through the core of the nylon straps, thus reducing the chance of anyone easily cutting through them. The straps are very easy to use and perform just like normal tie-down straps just with the added security and peace of mind that your gear is secured to the roof and the releasing cam buckle is locked away in a safe unit. The locking buckle guard has a protective rubberised coating to protect your kayak or surfboard from any potential scratches. The pair of straps are available in 3 metre (10 ft) or 5 metre (16 ft) options and come with two keys. Designed and tested in the UK by Legacy Watersports.
